Because coaching is a tailored service, the duration of the coaching relationship varies from client to client. However, most clients experience significant sustainable change after eight to twelve sessions. Coaching sessions occur weekly, last 50-55 minutes, and typically take place over the phone; face-to-face sessions may be arranged in certain circumstances. All coaching packages include a thorough written follow-up after each session to help you track your progress and maintain forward momentum. Unlimited email and text support is provided throughout the duration of the coaching process.
Hone in on your specific values, needs, and desires as a parent. Individual coaching allows you to focus exclusively on what you bring to the table and how to maximize your personal impact in your family.
Parenting is a team effort and mothers and fathers operate best as a unit. The focus in couples coaching is on identifying joint values, learning how your specific skills complement and strengthen those of your spouse or parenting partner, and supporting one another in your parenting.
Sometimes we just need to know we're not alone. In addition to the targeted support of a coach, the morale boost of a group of parents walking a similar road together can be a lifeline in challenging times. If you have a group of 2-6 parents all experiencing similar parenting struggles, group coaching may be a good fit. Contact me to explore whether your group can benefit from this broader approach.
Book me for your next moms' group, church gathering, community group, or parenting forum. I welcome the opportunity to speak particularly on the topics of navigating technology with your kids, faith and parenting, and raising multiples but I am happy to work with you to tailor a message specifically to your group's needs.
